Victorian Volunteer Officers’ Decoration with Oak Leaf Top Bar

Victorian volunteer officer’s decoration with oak leaf top bar (missing the pin).  The medal is in good condition with no edge knocks. Unnamed as issued and hallmarked London 1893-4 with the makers mark for James Garrard.
