Septimius Severus Denarius Divo Severo Pio Funeral Pyre. Scarce. NGC Graded XF. There’s a scratch in the obverse field in front of his face and some verdigris staining (hence the 2/5 surface NGC score) but overall and not unattractive coin and scarce. Struck at Rome during the summer AD 211 during the joint reigns of Caracalla and Geta following the death of Septimius Severus at York in February of 211.
