Henry III Short Cross Penny Canterbury Class 7b Ioan Chic Fine

Henry III short cross penny, Canterbury mint. Class 7b double struck both sides obliterating the portrait and leaving the cross looking very strange indeed but curiously the reverse legend is very strong and perfectly legible.
